I Think You'll Like This
Do you have any plans to commemorate Women’s Month? Here’s a little about what we’re up to…This month, SME South Africa is launching our Women’s Month campaign ‘Breaking the Funding Glass Ceiling’ Series which is sponsored by Nedbank. It examines women entrepreneurs- and industry leaders’ perspectives on funding, network exclusion and gender-bias challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. Why do this? We get a lot of SMEs and startup owners sending us DMs on social media and via emails to ask “how to do x”, where to get funding- or market access. So, at the beginning of 2020, our Editorial team decided on three main themes for our Content Strategy:
Business Opportunities
Funding
Resources
The ‘Breaking the Funding Glass Ceiling’ Series aligns with our content focus. The series focuses on how women entrepreneurs can access funding and, also how they too can overcome the funding challenges others face.
